Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Manage all subordinates (Section Heads & Engineers) in performing their delegated tasks in light of the department strategy. Manage staff, including but not limited to: work assignments, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, etc. Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of staff within the section are in accordance with the Procurement Department policies and procedures.
