<p>We are seeking a solutions architect to design, optimise, and govern end-to-end monitoring and service management solutions across complex IT and network environments. This role plays a critical part in translating business service requirements into high-quality technical designs, ensuring robust service modelling, data quality, and operational excellence across tools and platforms.</p>

<li>Technically proficient across UNIX and Windows operating systems, including Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server.</li>

<li>Comfortable working with network and management protocols including SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, IPv4, and IPv6.</li>
