Qualifications and required skills (based on 15 years of experience): Specialized experience (15 years): Proven track record in frozen food factory management, with advanced knowledge of freezing techniques (such as IQF) and cold storage and cold chain management. Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of equipment and machines used in processing, freezing, and packaging foods. Quality systems: Mastery of standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) and other legal food safety requirements. Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to make decisions, solve complex problems, and lead strategically.
