:Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is an advantage). Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design, with the majority of experience gained in engineering consulting firms. Strong knowledge of international and local design codes and standards (SBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.). Extensive experience in the design of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex projects. Strong technical review, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills. Ability to mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality project deliverables. Excellent written and spoken English. :Key Responsibilities Lead the structural design and delivery of complex building projects from concept through construction. Manage and review structural analysis, calculations, drawings, and BIM models to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution. Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize structural efficiency, cost, constructability, and sustainability.
