Product & epic partnership

Partner with Product Owners on epic planning: clarify outcomes, break ambiguous asks into shippable slices, surface frontend and platform constraints early, and align on acceptance criteria before implementation. Translate epics into technical workstreams shared UI patterns, API/contract needs, edge cases, and rollout/migration considerations. Own features end-to-end: discovery design alignment implementation QA handoff production follow-through and iterative improvement.

Design decision & UX collaboration

Participate in design decision meetings; challenge and refine interaction models for clarity, consistency, accessibility, and feasibility. Bridge design and engineering: propose alternatives when designs conflict with platform constraints, performance, or maintainability and document agreed patterns for reuse. Champion consistent UX across complex flows (forms, multi-step composers, validation) so the product feels coherent as it grows.

Frontend engineering

Design and build robust UI on a Ruby on Rails stack (ERB/views, Stimulus/vanilla JS or equivalent, asset pipeline) for production product surfaces. Develop and maintain modern React experiences for interactive or SPA-style product areas, balancing performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Own complex client-side behavior: state management, validation, character/segment limits, media-rich components, modals, and progressive enhancement where appropriate. Uphold frontend quality: readable structure, reusable partials/components, solid edge-case handling, and regression-conscious changes in shared forms and flows.

Full-stack & platform awareness

Work comfortably across the Rails stack when frontend work depends on models, controllers, APIs, background jobs, or validation rules without waiting for a handoff to unblock delivery. Collaborate on API contracts and data shapes so the UI stays resilient as backend capabilities evolve. Debug production UI issues with pragmatism: reproduce, isolate root cause (frontend vs. backend vs. data), and ship durable fixes.

AI-augmented craft

Use AI development tools (Cursor and similar) to accelerate implementation, exploration, and review while keeping human ownership of architecture, security, and product judgment. Apply agentic workflows thoughtfully scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and PR review knowing when AI speeds delivery and when careful, manual review is required. Raise the team s bar on effective prompting, context management, and AI-assisted development practices.

Collaboration & mentorship

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and stakeholders to turn ambiguity into shipped features. Mentor peers on frontend craft, Rails/React patterns, and productive use of AI tooling. Communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; write crisp tickets, PR descriptions, and decision notes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Critical requirements (must demonstrate all):

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise

Strong production experience with Ruby on Rails backed UIs (views, helpers, assets, frontend JS integrated with Rails)

Hands-on experience building React applications (component architecture, hooks, state, performance, and accessibility fundamentals)

Proven ownership of complex product UI: multi-step forms, validation-heavy flows, rich interactive components, and shared design-system style patterns

Experience partnering with Product Owners on epic-level work scoping, sequencing, and refining requirements into delivery plans

Regular participation in design decision forums; ability to influence UX toward feasible, consistent, accessible outcomes

Hands-on experience developing against Dockerized applications (building/running containers, Compose-based local setups, troubleshooting environment issues that block frontend delivery)

Solid grasp of frontend architecture patterns (componentization, progressive enhancement, separation of concerns, API-driven UI) and pragmatic design judgment

Proven collaboration with backend engineers on contracts, integrations, and production issues across the stack

Strong code-review practice: thorough, timely reviews that raise quality without blocking unnecessarily, and a track record of mentoring through review feedback.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across browser, JS, and Rails-adjacent layers

Active proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) fluent in prompting, context management, and knowing when human judgment is essential

Comfortable owning features from ideation through production monitoring and iterative improvement

Not Just Ideas: Our Actual Stack.
AIVM is building the infrastructure for the agentic economy — the frontier stack to deploy, verify, and govern AI agents with identity, accountability, and real-time settlement.
On top of it, we're building a growing suite of consumer-facing AI products for both B2B and B2C, plus the tools, APIs, and SDKs behind them.
Together, they give businesses and everyday users AI they can actually trust.
About AIVM AIVM makes AI trusted at machine scale.
We give AI agents identity, accountability, and real-time settlement — frontier infrastructure to deploy, verify, and govern them as they take on real work for real companies.
Our first product, AIVM Brain, is already in market, bringing governed, verifiable AI to enterprise work directly alongside our CMO.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think in strategy and execute in reality: one day you're building a go-to-market plan, the next you're shipping infrastructure company, and running full-cycle growth for our consumer-facing AI products across B2B and B2C.
That means you're equally comfortable with technical, developer-led infrastructure marketing and consumer-grade product growth.
You are deeply creative, deeply online, and deeply AI-native.
You understand both Web3 and Web2 tech culture, you know what's trending across platforms before it peaks, and you instinctively reach for AI tools to move faster.
If you're the type of marketer who's already automating half your own workflow and can't stop noticing what and campaign concepts that cut through a noisy AI and crypto landscape.
Design and run growth campaigns and growth plans, from experiment design through to measurement and iteration.
Track the market and emerging trends closely and surface the most relevant ones to the teamt, turning cultural moments into content and campaign opportunities.
Produce and direct short-form content: launch Category-defining timing.
The trust layer for the agentic economy is being built right now, and no one has won it yet.
Real ownership.
We hire people to teach us things, not to be told what to do.
You'll have the autonomy to run.
Global, sharp team.
Collaborate with some of the best minds in AI and crypto, across 25+ countries.
Employees With Benefits.
Check out About Bosta:

Launched in 2017, Bosta is an overnight delivery provider for E-commerce companies in Egypt. Leveraging technology to empower businesses is what we do best. Our goal is to disrupt the logistics industry by bringing technology and experience all together to provide a one-stop-shop for delivery solutions.
We rely on advanced technology to deliver orders to our customers in a fast way. Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.

About the role:

Bosta's Data & Performance function partners with every part of the business to turn data into decisions. The Commercial & CX unit is that function's commercial engine: it works alongside the Commercial and Customer Experience organisations, owns the merchant lifecycle end to end, and shapes both how Bosta grows its merchant base and the experience behind that growth.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the unit — someone who does not stop at the analysis, but carries a question through to a proposed intervention, a named business owner and a measured result.

You will inherit an established team and a governed data platform, with a structured handover from the Head of Data & Performance across your first months.

Job Responsibilities:

Commercial performance system. Target and KPI architecture for the Commercial organisation. Sales and account-management incentive design and its measurement. Merchant health, pricing and bonus schemes, key and strategic account performance, growth analytics. The commercial view of new business lines as they come online.

Customer value management and merchant lifecycle. Churn lifecycle, reactivation, high-value account recovery, wallet share. Startups, the self-serve funnel and loyalty. Turning churn-propensity model output into account-management action.

Customer experience performance. NPS and CSAT, compensation and liability, and the service-quality drivers that shape how merchants experience Bosta — framed and quantified in commercial terms. Instrumentation designed before features ship.

Commercial and Operations alignment. Growth commitments and delivery capacity are planned together. You own the analytical case that connects them: joint intervention on merchants whose order profile affects delivery performance, merchant forecasts delivered with the lead time Operations needs for capacity planning, and service tiers matched to fleet capacity.

Adoption. Analysis counts when it changes a decision. You own how the unit's work lands: a named business owner for everything the unit ships, usage measured after launch, and a single clear intake channel for commercial and CX requests.

Migration and self-service. The Commercial and CX workstream of the move onto Bosta's governed semantic layer and live dashboards — metric parity signed off, definitions canonical in the mart, and business partners equipped to answer their own routine questions so the unit's capacity goes to insight.

People. Four seats at start. Develop the team into owners of their functions, and build the unit's methods into documented, shared practice.

Job Qualifications

6 to 8 years in commercial analytics, commercial performance, CVM or revenue operations, including at least two years leading a small analytical team.

Demonstrated ownership of a commercial KPI end to end — you diagnosed it, proposed the intervention, got a business owner to run it, and can quantify what changed. Bring examples with numbers.

Merchant, customer or account lifecycle depth: churn, retention, reactivation, share of wallet. Marketplace, e-commerce, logistics, telco or fintech backgrounds all transfer.

Hands-on SQL. You query the warehouse yourself, read and challenge metric logic, and can tell when a number is wrong before a stakeholder does. Comfortable in BI tools; you do not need to be an engineer.

Experience designing or rebuilding sales or account-management targets and incentives, and living with the consequences.

Executive presence with commercial leadership: you can hold a room with a VP, disagree with evidence, and say no to a request while keeping the relationship.

Answer-first communication — conclusion, then the reasoning; assumptions named; quantified where it can be quantified.

Working fluency with AI-assisted analytics: LLM-generated SQL against documented business logic, and the judgement to validate it.

Preferred

Last-mile logistics or delivery operations exposure, and comfort working with operational capacity as a commercial input.

Pricing analytics.

Experience migrating a reporting estate and bringing users with it.
