The CCTV Monitor will be responsible for continuously observing camera feeds, identifying unusual or suspicious activity, and promptly reporting incidents according to company procedures. Daily tasks include monitoring entrances, exits, and critical areas, ensuring cameras and recording systems are functioning properly, and documenting events in logs or reports. The role also involves coordinating with security and management teams during emergencies, following safety and confidentiality guidelines, and supporting periodic reviews of recorded footage when required.<br>Qualifications<br> Ability to focus on multiple camera feeds for extended periods and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Basic technical understanding of CCTV systems, video recording equipment, and troubleshooting common issues. Strong observation and incident-reporting skills, including clear written documentation and effective verbal communication. Capability to follow security protocols, respond calmly in emergency situations, and collaborate with on-site security personnel. High level of integrity, reliability, and respect for privacy and sensitive information. Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Previous experience in security monitoring or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Secondary school certificate or equivalent; additional training in security or surveillance is an advantage.

Responsibilities Area Security Manager Execute operational implementation of strategic planning as directed by the Regional Security Director –(MENA). Physically located in AOR ( Area of responsibility), the role would serve as a Business Unit asset in responding to all emerging security risks and incidents throughout the area of responsibility (Role will be responsible for theprotection of our people and Assets in AOR ( Area of responsibility) Responsibilities. The principal accountability of the Area Security Manager is driving the implementation and execution of security, crisis management, business continuity management strategies, plans and protocols, and best practices across the AOR ( Area of responsibility) businesses. The highlights of these accountabilities include,but are not limited to: In line with the broader security strategy and objectives, implement a security Plan to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to PepsiCo’s associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation. Monitor closed circuit televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all security/loss prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a loss prevention shift summary/daily activity report.
