Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مراقب كاميرات role based in Cairo at Knoz El Hekma - شركة كنوز الحكمة. The CCTV Monitor will be responsible for continuously observing camera feeds, identifying unusual or suspicious activity, and promptly reporting incidents according to company procedures. Daily tasks include monitoring entrances, exits, and critical areas, ensuring cameras and recording systems are functioning properly, and documenting events in logs or reports. The role also involves coordinating with security and management teams during emergencies, following safety and confidentiality guidelines, and supporting periodic reviews of recorded footage when required.
Qualifications
Ability to focus on multiple camera feeds for extended periods and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Basic technical understanding of CCTV systems, video recording equipment, and troubleshooting common issues. Strong observation and incident-reporting skills, including clear written documentation and effective verbal communication. Capability to follow security protocols, respond calmly in emergency situations, and collaborate with on-site security personnel. High level of integrity, reliability, and respect for privacy and sensitive information. Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Previous experience in security monitoring or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Secondary school certificate or equivalent; additional training in security or surveillance is an advantage.
