About the Role:Z-Laundry is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality control operations across multiple locations. You'll manage a team of quality controllers, make the final call on customer complaints, and ensure every garment that leaves our facilities meets Z-Laundry's standards. <p>Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals.</p><br>
<p>You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and maintenance of monorail rolling stock, depot equipment, and train onboard systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across operations, maintenance units, and supply chain management, lead maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability.</p><br>
<p>You’ll specifically take care of managing the entire fleet lifecycle, including operation, maintenance, and upgrades, but also leading a team of engineers in achieving optimal performance and safety standards.</p><br>
<p>We’ll look to you for:</p><br>

<p>Acting as the technical and operational owner for monorail rolling stock, train onboard systems, and depot equipment.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Developing and implementing fleet management strategies to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Planning and optimizing preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance programs.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Establishing failure reporting systems and leading root cause analysis to enhance reliability.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Implementing asset management practices aligned with lifecycle cost optimization.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Leading a team of engineers, ensuring competency through training and development programs.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Managing spare parts, tools, and consumables to support maintenance and operational demands.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinating depot activities to ensure rolling stock availability and efficient workflows.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fleet availability, MTBF, and MTTR.</p><br>
</li>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.</p><br>

<p>8–12 years of experience in railway, metro, or monorail systems.</p><br>

<p>Proven experience in rolling stock maintenance, fleet management, and depot operations.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong background in asset and maintenance management.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>PMP or CMRP certification is a plus.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Expertise in rolling stock systems and depot equipment.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong leadership and team management skills.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in failure analysis and problem-solving.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.</p><br>
</li>
