Job Purpose<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>To check and follow up on the storage and movement of materials within the construction site, to fulfill project materials requirements through follow up warehouse policy and procedures.<br><br>Roles & Responsibilities<br><br> Issue Inventory reports, In/Out status reports, dead stock report, materials age report and consumption report and submit it into warehouse Supervisor. Responsible of all items in his custody (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) and store/preserve them in a proper way according to storage instructions of each item. Also, accuracy of items balances according to their unit of measure (each, weigh, length, etc.). Responsible of matching between items balances in stock cards as well as the recorded in ERP system (Oracle). In control for the general status of the warehouse in terms of appearance, cleanliness, and arranging items in a proper way that preserving inventory without waste or damage. Handle the process of receiving wide range of materials and distribute them to respective site warehouses. Perform the various warehouse procedures (Receiving, issuing, return, transfer, etc.) Prepare Material receiving report (MRR) for daily received items in project and submit it to warehouse supervisor and project manager. Prepare daily report for items which reached to minimum limit to avoid any shortage of them and submit this report to warehouse supervisor and project manager . Submit monthly report to warehouse supervisor for inventory transactions during month for each category of inventory. Ensure the inspection process of items by QC before the final receiving of any item . Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspects . Ensure working according to Warehouse Policy. Follow-up labors / warehouse assistants in warehouse and submit report for their performance to warehouse supervisor twice a year. Follow-up the HSE instructions in warehouse to ensure safety of warehouse teams and preservation of stock . Tracking of the slow-moving items or the obsolete items in inventory and submit a periodic report for them to warehouse supervisor and project manager. Tracking items which have expiration date in inventory and submit a periodic report for them to warehouse supervisor and project manager to notify them before expiration date to take necessary actions towards them .
