CI/CD Integration: Implement intelligent quality gates in CI/CD pipelines for automated risk assessment and faster releases. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging trends in AI-driven QA , automation frameworks, and cloud-native testing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline. 8–11 years of experience in QA/testing, with 2+ years leading technical teams . Proven ability to mentor teams and drive AI-first QA adoption . Strong expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, WebDriver I/O) and programming languages (Java/C#). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and integrating AI-powered quality gates . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-native architectures. Bonus Points: Experience with AI-assisted automation tools or platforms leveraging Generative AI for script generation and defect prediction. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Certifications in QA, automation, or AI/ML fundamentals.
