<p>The Electrical Engineering Lead leads and coordinates the electrical engineering function, providing technical leadership and oversight across all project phases. <p>SEO Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the English SEO content strategy in alignment with overall SEO and business objectives. Identify content opportunities based on keyword research, search demand, competitor analysis, SERP trends, and business priorities across traditional search and AI-powered search experiences. Identify opportunities related to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Own the planning and delivery of the English SEO content calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned with business and SEO goals. Assign topics and content briefs based on team capacity, expertise, priorities, and expected SEO impact. SEO Content Quality & Optimization Establish and maintain SEO content guidelines and standards for English-language content. Ensure content follows SEO best practices across: Search intent and topical relevance Keyword targeting and semantic relevance Internal linking E-E-A-T On-page SEO Content structure and FAQs Metadata Entity optimization AI-search visibility Conduct regular content audits to identify opportunities for updating, consolidating, improving, or removing content. Maintain consistency across English content in terms of tone of voice, terminology, formatting, accuracy, and SEO standards. AI Integration & Content Innovation Integrate AI tools and workflows into the English SEO content production process to improve research, ideation, optimization, efficiency, and content scalability. Develop and maintain AI prompting frameworks, templates, and workflows for different content types and SEO use cases. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor the English SEO content team, ensuring clear priorities, workflows, and performance expectations. Collaborate with Technical SEO, Product, Inventory, and other relevant teams to align content priorities and ensure effective execution.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>4+ years of experience in SEO content, digital content, or editorial roles, with strong experience in English-language SEO. Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing content teams. Strong understanding of AI-assisted content workflows and emerging AI search experiences, including AEO/GEO. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms. Experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus, particularly experience creating SEO content for real estate platforms, property marketplaces, developers, or related businesses.</p>
