<strong>Kempinski Palace Cairo<br>SCOPE</strong> <br>The scope of the position is to position the brand website as the priority channel of electronic distribution, and to optimize the hotel’s overall digital presence. <br>The E- Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager – Lifestyle is responsible for leading the digital presence of Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski’s for Food & Beverage venues, Spa and lifestyle offerings across all relevant platforms. The role focuses on the local market visibility, social engagement, and driving guests and traffic through compelling content, targeted digital campaigns, influencer engagement and active community management — all in alignment with the Kempinski brand voice and commercial objectives.<br> <br><strong>OVERALL OBJECTIVES</strong> <br>The job of <strong>E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager</strong> is executed satisfactorily by: <br><ul><li>Ensuring accuracy of the property content and presentation on the brand and GHA websites, as well as third party portals, directories and websites where the hotel is listed and/or distributes inventory. </li><li>Report, analyze and act upon the Kempinski website statistics (using brand key performance indicators); </li><li>Assist in reaching the targeted website sales and distribution goals. </li><li>Ensuring consistent brand delivery through social and digital channels. Supporting the brand’s channel and distribution strategy. </li></ul><br><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> <br><strong><em>1.</em></strong> <strong><em>Strategy & Campaign Development</em></strong><br><ul><li> Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall business objectives & revenue goals. Plan a clear calendar focused on local audiences and lifestyle positioning.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.</li><li> Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the hospitality sector.</li><li> Partner with F&B, Spa, PR, E-Commerce and Revenue teams to shape high-impact campaigns for outlets, seasonal promotions, weekend concepts, events and offers.</li><li> Analyze campaign performance and adjust based on engagement, reach and ROI.</li><li> Establish and implement the hotel’s F&B annual advertising plan for digital channels.</li><li> Work on the annual digital marketing strategy for the F&B, Spa and lifestyle offers.</li><li> Ensure brand and marketing messages on all platforms align with hotel campaigns and corporate identity guidelines.</li></ul><strong><em>2. Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns (Local F&B, Spa & Lifestyle Campaigns) </em></strong><br><ul><li> Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and relevant local platforms.</li><li> Manage budgets, bid strategies, keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization for maximum ROI.</li><li> Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports on key metrics such as to improve effectiveness.</li><li> Align advertising initiatives with feeder market dynamics and commercial objectives.</li><li> Check the trending social channels in our feeder markets and the know-how on conducting paid campaigns on them. For example, on Snapchat, VK, Weibo, WeChat…etc. </li><li> Track and report on paid campaign results and digital ROI.</li></ul><strong><em>3. Performance Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting: </em></strong><br><ul><li> Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing KPIs (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, social media engagement, email performance).</li><li> Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and achieving marketing objectives.</li><li> Utilize various analytical tools to gain actionable insights.</li><li> Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking social growth, content engagement, and campaign ROI.</li><li> Monitor competitor activity to maintain market leadership.</li><li> Benchmark electronic media trends and share proactive insights with the marketing team.</li></ul><strong><em>4. Social Media Management</em></strong><br><ul><li> Own and manage the hotel’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), with a priority on lifestyle storytelling and local engagement.</li><li> Develop and implement the hotel's social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across relevant platforms.</li><li> Monitor social media channels for mentions, reviews, and trends, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.</li><li> Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.</li><li> Curate visually engaging, authentic and on-trend content that reflects the mood and experience of our venues.</li><li> Engage with followers, respond to DMs, comments and inquiries, and monitor sentiment and trends.</li><li> Ensure consistent representation of the brand across platforms.</li></ul><strong><em>5.</em></strong> <strong><em>Email Marketing</em></strong><br><ul><li> Cooperate with the hotel E-Commerce & Digital Strategy Manager to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and loyalty programs, using the CRM system.</li><li> Collaborate with the E-Commerce & Digital Strategy Manager to manage emails lists segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.</li><li> Cooperate with the E-commerce & Digital Strategy Manager to actively develop and maintain a database of local guests and patrons through online and offline solicitation.</li><li> Design and send engaging newsletters featuring offers, events, menus, and Spa treatments.</li><li> Ensure all email marketing complies with corporate standards and local data privacy laws.</li></ul><strong><em>6.</em></strong> <strong><em>Content Creation & Visual Branding</em></strong><br><ul><li> Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant digital content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics, virtual tours) that attracts and converts target audiences.</li><li> Ensure all F&B & Lifestyle digital content is brand-consistent and optimized for various platforms. Oversee production of content (photos, videos, reels, stories, creative copy) for all F&B And Lifestyle digital campaigns.</li><li> Collaborate with PR, photographers, designers and content creators to generate high-quality visuals and messaging.</li><li> Maintain a curated image and video library aligned with Kempinski brand guidelines.</li><li> Upload the photos & videos on Picture Park, follow up on the approval process to update other connected solutions such as Ice portal etc. to ensure that the latest approved photos & videos are updated & uploaded on relevant digital channels. </li><li> Ensure professional artwork designs for digital collaterals (e-flyers, e-posters, digital menus) are reviewed and aligned with quality standards.</li><li> Brainstorm and conceptualize campaign visuals and layouts to bring F&B and Spa experiences to life, including outside catering & social events.</li></ul><strong><em>7. Influencer & Community Engagement</em></strong><br><ul><li> Identify and engage with relevant local & international influencers, KOL and content creators.</li><li> Plan collaborations, activations and giveaways in coordination with the PR and Marketing teams.</li><li> Support community outreach and content partnerships.</li></ul><strong><em>8. Website & Listings Management</em></strong><br><ul><li>Ensure that hotel website pages, menus, promotions, and event listings are up-to-date, accurate and SEO-optimized.</li><li>Cooperate with the ecommerce & Digital Strategy Manager in managing & implementing SEO strategies for F&B (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search ranking and drive traffic.</li><li> Liaise with eCommerce & Digital Strategy Manager on F&B content alignment on relevant platforms.</li><li> Avoid duplication of images and content; ensure signature visuals are highlighted for related platforms.</li></ul><strong><em>9. Online Reputation & Review Management</em></strong><br><ul><li>Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on maintaining the up-to-date content including special offers & visual assets on all digital channels including review portals such as GMB reviews, TripAdvisor, OTAs review sections… etc. Collaborate with the e-commerce manager on maintaining the up-to-date content including special offers & visual assets on all digital channels including review portals such as GMB reviews, TripAdvisor, OTAs review sections… etc. </li><li>Monitor F&B online reviews across platforms, while the overall online reviews management and representation of the hotel remain under the capacity of the eCommerce & Digital Strategy Manager. </li><li>Highlight relevant feedback and escalate recurring guest concerns to F&B and Spa. </li><li>Track online sentiment and integrate feedback into marketing insights</li></ul><strong><em>10. Training/Education </em></strong><br><ul><li> Participate in mandatory corporate web related trainings offered and brief the respective heads of department where necessary. </li><li> Participate in the monthly Revenue & E-Commerce corporate calls. </li></ul>Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel. <br><br> </div>

<li>Developing decision intelligence roadmaps, where you envision and optimize the client’s journey from their burning platform today to a state of end-to-end supply chain orchestration, agility, and resilience enabled through decision intelligence.</li>
<li>Leading the way in the solution design of decision intelligence ‘skills’ through creative thinking and translating business needs into functional, UI/UX, and technical detailed requirements, and onwards into a working solution.</li>
<li>Leading the way in the solution implementation of decision intelligence ‘skills’ using well-structured project accelerators such as user journeys, sprint plans, solution backlogs, and more.</li>
<li>Coordinating small teams (e.g., 3 to 5 people) of expert roles (e.g., Skill Builders, UI builders, and Decision Intelligence Functional Experts) located in different geographies.</li>
<li>Applying data analytics best practices across the different project phases and activities with a strong focus on simplicity, scalability, efficiency, and transparency.</li>
<li>Coaching other team members along their learning journey to help scale our practice and truly drive an impact that matters.</li>

<h4>Connect to your skills and professional experience.</h4>
<p>You need:</p>

<li>Preferably a master's degree with a specialization in supply chain management, operations research, computer sciences, optimization techniques, production management, logistics, or equivalent.</li>
<li>7 to 12 years of professional experience in a supply chain meets data and analytics context, combining both functional and technical skills.</li>
<li>Any prior exposure to decision intelligence is an asset, either as an end-user, an implementation consultant, or product specialist. If not, you have been exposed to solutions such as Aera Technology, Anaplan, c3.ai, Snowflake, Alteryx, and others.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preferred skills:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Very strong data management skills: well-versed in ETL and relational databases; proficiency in SQL and DBA; Java experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven data visualization experience: UX design, dashboard design, process modelling, business rule modelling.</li>
<li>Theoretical or operational experience in supply chain, control towers, and decision intelligence (including data science) is a key asset (commonly referred to as S&OE).</li>
<li>Team player with intellectual curiosity and drive to continuously learn. Proven track record of leading small teams of 3 to 5 people.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Good knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.</li>

He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the PHGs 250 SMRs units, H2 compressor and backup system based on the Air Products Ain Sokhna.<br><br>Working alongside the AP personals at site and country to ensure the smooth and reliable operation and maintenance of all aspects of the Air Products Ain Sokhna facility.<br><br>Nature and Scope<br><br>St Gobain site in Al Ein Sokhna is Air Products 3rd fully owned and operated plant in Egypt.<br><br>The Plant Consists Of<br><br>2 x PHG250 small Steam Methane Reformers (SMR). H2 compressor. Backup system<br><br>The customer is St Gobain. The Air Products plant is located within the customer’s site. The products from the Air Products plants go directly to the mix station that AL is mixing with N2 before sending to St Gobain area. There is a high level of integration between St Gobain and Air Products with respect to feedstock’s, products and utilities. Provide technical, operational and trouble-shooting assistance at the facility as and when required. Ensure that routine maintenance as designated by the SAP PM system and non-routine maintenance as and when required, is diligently performed to the necessary standards, utilizing the resources within the plant and outside resources where required (contract labor / outside technicians). Work with minimal supervision on the Air Products, site - designated continuous shift or “On – Call” system. This requires working and managing all job activities, for periods of time up to and beyond a full shift period, when circumstances make this necessary. Respond to critical alarm dial outs from the Plant (or by other contact from customer etc) by remote connection to site to ensure product supplies remain on line to customer as required.
