<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a technical delivery project lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex UK IT portfolio initiatives funded through CAPEX investment. This role focuses on mobilising, shaping, designing, and delivering technology-enabled transformation projects across multiple systems and stakeholders. You will play a key role in managing high-complexity programmes, ensuring delivery aligns with governance frameworks, business objectives, and quality standards.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>

<li>Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from business case creation to transition into IT operations</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end delivery of complex ICT or technology projects</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development and application delivery lifecycles</li>

<li>Skilled in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams</li>
<li>Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide, support, and influence teams in a matrix environment</li>

<p>We are seeking a professional and courteous Telephone Operator / Royal Service Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, managing incoming and outgoing calls while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for routing calls to appropriate departments, handling inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring every caller receives a positive experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.</li>
<li>Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate to run the dishwashing machine, and complete proper documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.</li>
<li>Clean the dishwashing machine, including removing trash and spraying the inside of the machine, cleaning and unclogging the spray arms and jets, cleaning the outer surfaces of the machine and troubleshoot dishwasher malfunctions as required.</li>
<li>Work with employees working on all shifts in order to distribute duties.</li>
<li>Actively take part in all operations and ensure that operations are carried out seamlessly.</li>
<li>Monitor the buffet preparation equipment and hand them over to the buffet attendant fully functional.</li>
<li>Assist his/her seniors and assume the full responsibility of the department in their absence.</li>
<li>Control the entry/exit and break hours of employees.</li>
<li>Control the washing cycle of the dishwasher to ensure that the proper cycle is used and correct it, if necessary.</li>
<li>Handle requests placed by juniors and, when necessary, report them to his/her seniors.</li>
<li>Control garbage collection and the garbage areas and ensure that the necessary arrangements are made.</li>
<li>Take part in the emergency response teams.</li>
<li>Implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility.</li>
<li>Implement responsibilities to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.</li>
<li>Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.</li>
<li>Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Education: At least a primary school diploma.</li>
<li>Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience or 1 year of work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods.</li>
<li>Foreign language: Not required.</li>
<li>Courses and training: Prior attendance in trainings in the related field.</li>
<li>Computer literacy: Not required.</li>
<li>Skills: Expected to possess advanced level of knowledge of standard work routines and general kitchen rules. Expected to perform simple, specific and standard tasks that are generally repetitive.</li>
