<p>Greet guests warmly and professionally, offering them a personalized dining experience based on the restaurant’s specialty or theme (e.g., fine dining, molecular gastronomy, seafood, vegan cuisine, wine-focused menus, etc.).</p>
<p>Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored menu recommendations, including specialty dishes, drinks, and wine or beverage pairings.</p>
<p>Answer detailed questions about the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, dietary restrictions, and allergens with expertise.</p>

<p>The procurement manager is responsible for building and leading the end-to-end procurement function for Portaluna, Ras El Hekma. You will define sourcing strategy, establish supplier networks, and ensure all goods and services reflect the brand’s design vision, operational needs, and ultra-luxury standards.</p>
<p>From pre-opening through operations, you will play a critical role in shaping how the hotel comes to life—ensuring quality, value, and consistency across every touchpoint.</p>
