The role is expected to lead the BIM modelling for civil disciplines i.e. roads, highways, drainage and surfaces, as well help with setup, training and development of civil 3D along the project BIM leads. This role is not limited to just BIM modelling tasks only and is heavily focused on Autodesk Civil 3D implementation and development as well.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Prepare and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM/CAD models for roads, highways, and associated civil infrastructure projects. Produce general arrangement drawings, horizontal and vertical alignments, long sections, cross-sections, typical sections, grading layouts, junction layouts, and detailed design drawings. Support the preparation of concept, preliminary, detailed design, tender, authority submission, and IFC deliverables. Extract drawings, schedules, and model outputs from coordinated digital models in accordance with project requirements. Develop models and drawings for urban roads, highways, interchanges, junction improvements, service roads, access roads, and complete street corridors. Prepare road alignments, profiles, assemblies, corridors, surfaces, and grading models using appropriate CAD/BIM tools. Support the modelling of pavement layers, kerb lines, road markings, signage layouts, verge elements, and roadside features where required. Assist in the development of earthworks models, cut-and-fill interfaces, and surface coordination for road infrastructure. Produce design documentation related to carriageways, roundabouts, intersections, slip roads, median arrangements, footpaths, cycle tracks, and at-grade infrastructure elements. Use Auto CAD and Civil 3D to develop road models integrated with corridor geometry, grading, surfaces, and utility interfaces. Assist with corridor creation, assembly application, target mapping, section generation, and model-based drawing extraction. Produce and update cross-sections, volume calculations, levels, and earthworks-related outputs. Support quantity-related outputs and material take-offs where required for road and civil works packages. Coordinate with utilities, drainage, structures, transport planning, landscape, and other disciplines to resolve interface issues and clashes. Participate in model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks and other coordination tools. Maintain model integrity, drawing accuracy, and compliance with project BIM execution plans and delivery standards. Incorporate design changes and mark-ups from engineers and project leaders in a timely and accurate manner. The department serves as a key communication channel between management and investors, analysts, regulators, shareholders, and financial media.<br><br>The IR function is responsible for communicating the Company's financial performance, strategic direction, growth prospects, and investment proposition to the market, while providing management with insights regarding investor sentiment, market perception, peer developments, and capital market trends.<br><br>Role Description: The Investor Relations Associate reports directly to the Head of Investor Relations and supports the execution of the Company's investor relations responsibilities such as:<br><br> Assist in the preparation of investor-facing materials, including investor presentations, earnings presentations, fact sheets, annual reports, sustainability reports, and press releases Support the preparation and review of earnings releases, management discussion and analysis, and other financial communications Assist in drafting and coordinating regulatory disclosures and announcements required by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), and other applicable regulatory bodies Coordinate responses to information requests from investors, research analysts, financial media, and other stakeholders Maintain consistency and accuracy across all investor communications Monitor and analyze the Company's financial performance and key operating metrics Prepare financial analyses, dashboards, and management reports Monitor the Company's share price performance, trading activity, shareholder movements, analyst coverage, and market developments Track peer companies and industry developments, including financial performance, valuation metrics, and strategic announcements Monitor market rumors, news flow, analyst reports, and investor sentiment relating to the Company and its sector Support investor targeting and shareholder engagement initiatives Assist in organizing investor meetings, conference calls, earnings calls, roadshows, investor conferences, and other investor engagement activities Prepare briefing materials and background information for management meetings with investors and analysts Maintain records of investor interactions and feedback Manage and regularly update the Investor Relations section of the Company's website Maintain the Investor Relations calendar and ensure timely execution of key reporting and communication milestones Maintain an organized archive of investor relations materials, regulatory filings, presentations, reports, and disclosures Support the planning and administration of General Assembly Meetings and other shareholder-related events Assist in maintaining shareholder records and ownership analysis Support corporate governance and disclosure-related initiatives as required<br><br>Requirements<br><br> 3-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English Proficient use of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Power Point Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent Research Skills
