<span>Talent 360 is hiring a Production Specialist to join our team.<br> This is a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is passionate about manufacturing high-quality products while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.<br> About the Role As a Production Specialist at Talent 360, you will support manufacturing operations by producing molecular diagnostic products according to approved procedures while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and production requirements.<br> Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and assemble products according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<br> Accurately complete batch records, production documentation, and report any deviations in a timely manner.<br> Follow GMP requirements, cleanroom practices, and personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures at all times.<br> Safely handle raw materials, reagents, and production waste in accordance with established safety procedures.<br> Monitor and document environmental conditions, including room temperature, using calibrated equipment.<br> Report any environmental or process deviations to the Quality Assurance team and support investigations and corrective actions.<br> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow and on-time delivery.<br> Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.<br> Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.<br> 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or manufacturing environment.<br> Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and production documentation is preferred.<br> Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.<br> Good communication and teamwork skills.<br> Good command of English.<br> Strong organizational and time management skills.<br> Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<br></span> </div>
