Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based at the Rush&blush cosmo store in Al Manşūrah. The Pharmacist will provide professional advice on medications, over-the-counter products, and cosmetic formulations, ensuring that customers receive accurate information on usage, interactions, and safety. Daily responsibilities include dispensing and verifying prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels of pharmaceutical and related products, and supporting compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with store staff to optimize product selection, conducting health-related consultations when appropriate, and contributing to customer education on wellness and preventive care. The Pharmacist is expected to promote a safe, respectful environment and uphold high standards of ethical and professional practice. Qualifications Professional pharmacy qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D) and valid license or eligibility to practice as a Pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage forms, and safe dispensing practices, with attention to regulatory and safety requirements. Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings, preferably with exposure to cosmetics, skincare, and wellness products. Excellent communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain medical and product information clearly in an accessible and respectful manner. Detail-oriented approach to prescription verification, documentation, and inventory management, with good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory service. Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store processes and product lines. Flexibility to work store operating hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
