The role covers the full life cycle of rotating machinery, from technical assurance and troubleshooting through to maintenance strategy, equipment modifications, vendor engagement, and long-term reliability improvement.</p><br><p>Candidate will support critical assets such as gas turbine generators, compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, drivers, gearboxes, sealing systems, lubrication systems, and associated auxiliaries.</p><br><p>Candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, process, reliability, and project teams to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions that improve plant performance and reduce machinery risk.</p><br>Responsibilities<p>• Provide senior rotating equipment engineering support on sophisticated or high-risk machinery issues affecting safety, reliability, operability, and production.</p><br><p>• Deliver independent technical judgment on rotating equipment performance, condition, suitability, repairs, develop changes, and risk-based decisions.</p><br><p>• Perform and review advanced engineering assessments, calculations, and analyses for pumps, compressors, turbines, drivers, seals, bearings, lubrication systems, and associated auxiliaries.</p><br><p>• Investigate machinery failures, lead or support RCFA activity, and convert failure findings into practical corrective and defect elimination actions.</p><br><p>• Interpret and challenge vibration data, oil analysis, thermography, performance trends, failure history, and other condition supervising outputs to identify emerging reliability threats.</p><br><p>• Develop, improve, and maintain equipment strategies for rotating equipment, including maintenance tasks, inspection scope, condition monitoring requirements, overhaul philosophy, operating care, and sparing strategy.</p><br><p>• Validate that rotating equipment inspection, test, and maintenance activities remain aligned with equipment technical intent, site needs, and applicable engineering standards.</p><br><p>• Support production and operations teams in resolving machinery issues, responding to bad actors, reducing repeat failures, and improving availability of critical rotating assets.</p><br><p>• Work with reliability and production teams to understand top production losses, major vulnerabilities, and chronic performance gaps, and define effective improvement plans.</p><br><p>• Provide discipline input to technical MoCs, engineering queries, and brownfield modifications involving rotating equipment, including design review, equipment selection, datasheets, specifications, and package changes.</p><br><p>• Support hazard identification and risk assessment processes where rotating equipment is a key contributor, including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, mechanical seals, dry gas seals, bearings, lubrication systems, and auxiliary systems.</p><br><p>• Strong understanding of rotating equipment failure modes, machinery diagnostics, and condition monitoring techniques, including vibration, oil analysis, and performance trending.</p><br><p>• Good working knowledge of relevant Job Description
1 Clean the rooms according to identified standards.
2 Sign when taking and handing back keys.
3 Start off by dusting the general area in the lobby.
4 Organise the floor trolleys and procure missing material.
5 Respond to all guest demands related to the rooms and cleaning as quickly and effectively as possible (e.g. extra bed, pillows, towels etc.).
6 Collect the empty plates/glasses/utensils in the rooms and place them on the shelf in front of the elevator.
Clean the rooms under assigned to him/her according to the identified standards.
Fill in the room status, textile report and amenities report in the maid report.
Immediately inform by phone the Housekeeping Office of any maintenance and repairs needed in the floors, corridors, offices or room and also inform the Floor Supervisors.
10 Immediately report any room discrepancies.
11 Immediately hand in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office.
12 Use and maintain the floor offices and amenities offices in a clean and orderly manner in line with the desired standards.
13 Perform all duties assigned by seniors.
14 Report any rooms that have not been cleaned due to a specific reason to the Office/Floor Supervisor (e.g. DND, cleaning not requested etc.).
15 Must take part in vocational trainings and sign the attendance form.
16 Be familiar with and implement the hotel’s security rules.
17 Make sure that all materials used to make up the rooms are ironed, unsoiled, intact and proper. Otherwise, tie a knot in such items and send them to the laundry.
18 Vacuum the floor corridors and dust the dressers, objects and paintings every morning and in the evening.
19 Regularly vacuum and mop the guest stairs.
20 Start off and end work by vacuuming and mopping the staircases and area in front of the service lifts.
21 Is clean, friendly, and hygienic.
22 Encourage colleagues to be productive by coming up with new ideas.
23 Is a member of the Emergency Response Team.
24 To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. THE ROLE:<br><br>We are looking for a hands-on Legal Tech Counsel who can work at the intersection of law, AI products and commercial execution. The role works closely with the CLCO and with product, engineering, security and business teams to translate legal requirements into practical product workflows, contract positions, policies and customer-ready outputs.<br><br>Core Priorities:<br><br> Legal Tech & AI Product (Primary) Support the legal design and continuous improvement of our legal AI products, including Ken Agent Translate legal rules and business requirements into structured product requirements, legal workflows, review criteria, playbooks, guardrails and escalation points Test and evaluate legal outputs for accuracy, source quality, jurisdiction fit and practical usefulness; identify hallucination, unsupported citation, confidentiality and over-reliance risks Work with product and engineering on legal research, contract review, compliance, dispute-support and other legal workflows Contribute to legal knowledge-base quality, jurisdiction mapping and validation of legal sources across the UAE, Egypt and wider GCC Help define human-review, transparency, auditability and accountability controls for AI-assisted legal work. 2. Technology Transactions & Commercial Contracting (Core) Draft, review and negotiate Saa S, software, AI, cloud and professional-services agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, SOWs, SLAs, DPAs, NDAs and vendor agreements Handle key technology clauses including scope, acceptance/UAT, change control, service levels, IP/licensing, data use, confidentiality, security, warranties, indemnities, limitation of liability, audit, termination and exit Build practical templates, clause libraries, fallback positions and contract-review playbooks that support fast and consistent execution Work with commercial and delivery teams to reduce scope ambiguity, control delivery risk and maintain clear responsibility lines. 3. Privacy, Data Protection & Data Governance (Core) Advise on privacy and data-protection requirements affecting product, contracting and operations, with primary focus on the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia Draft and negotiate DPAs, controller/processor clauses, data-sharing terms, sub-processor provisions and cross-border transfer language Support DPIA-style assessments, privacy-by-design, retention, breach-response and data-governance questions Use GDPR as an enterprise contracting reference point where relevant, while applying local legal requirements. 4. AI Governance, Cybersecurity & Trust (Supporting) Draft practical AI governance policies, customer addendums and internal controls covering acceptable use, transparency, human oversight, data use, logging/traceability and safe-use responsibilities Translate cybersecurity and trust requirements into clear contract commitments, including incident/breach terms, audit rights, security schedules, access-control and encryption obligations Support customer/vendor due diligence and security questionnaires with technical teams, ensuring legal commitments match actual controls. 5. IP, Corporate & General Legal Support (Supporting) Support IP ownership, licensing, software/content rights, trademarks, confidentiality and data-use rights relevant to our products and commercial relationships Support corporate governance and cross-entity matters where required, including approvals, delegations and board/shareholder documentation Provide practical support on employment, vendor and general commercial matters, coordinating with local or specialist counsel where deeper tax, labour or regulatory expertise is required. Baseline Knowledge UAE, Egypt and Saudi PDPL/data-protection regimes and their practical impact on contracts and digital products Technology contracts, Saa S/cloud delivery models, software licensing and enterprise procurement expectations AI/Gen AI legal risk, responsible-use controls, human oversight and emerging AI governance requirements Cybersecurity/cybercrime legal expectations as they affect incident response, digital evidence, customer commitments and risk allocation Electronic transactions, e-signatures and trust-services concepts relevant to digital contracting GDPR and the EU AI Act as important comparative and enterprise reference frameworks<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br> Law degree (LLB, JD or LLM) from a recognized university; Bar admission or recognized professional legal qualification preferred Typically 4-8+ years of relevant legal experience; demonstrable hands-on capability and quality of work will be weighted more heavily than title or years alone Strong practical experience in at least two of: Legal Tech / AI product work, technology contracting, privacy/data protection, AI governance, cybersecurity legal work or IP Ability to draft and negotiate technology/privacy documents independently and explain legal positions in practical business language Comfort working directly with product, engineering, security and commercial stakeholders Fluent Arabic and strong professional English Based in Cairo or able to work hybrid from Cairo, with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi/Dubai (approximately 10-15%) Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving technology company with a high degree of ownership<br><br>Strongly Preferred:<br><br> Hands-on experience with a Legal Tech, AI, Saa S, cloud, fintech or other technology product company Experience converting legal requirements into product workflows, review logic, policies, controls, playbooks or evaluation criteria Practical experience with AI/Gen AI governance, model/output risk, legal research validation or human-review controls Privacy or AI-governance credentials (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, AIGP) or equivalent demonstrable capability Working familiarity with enterprise trust frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 27701 Experience handling enterprise customer security/privacy due diligence and contract negotiations
