<p>• Lead and manage the Finance &amp; Costing team, ensuring performance, accuracy, and timely delivery.<br>• Lead product costing for all SKUs, including standard/actual costing, BOM/recipe costing, and COGS.<br>• Analyze raw material, packaging, labor, utilities, and manufacturing overhead costs.<br>• Monitor cost variances, yield, wastage, production losses, and manufacturing efficiency.<br>• Prepare and review product profitability and gross margin analysis.<br>• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes.<br>• Monitor Actual vs. Budget vs. Standard Cost and recommend corrective actions.<br>• Oversee inventory valuation for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.<br>• Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities.<br>• Ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion for costing, inventory, financial reporting, and financial controls.<br>• Ensure accurate monthly closing, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.<br>• Provide management with financial insights to support pricing, product, sourcing, and operational<br>decisions.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.<br>• 8–12 years of Finance/Accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.<br>• Strong experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks Manufacturing.<br>• Excellent and proven experience in Manufacturing Costing is mandatory.<br>• Strong knowledge of Product &amp; Standard Costing, BOM/Recipe Costing, COGS &amp; Gross Margin, Cost &amp;<br>Production Variance Analysis, Yield &amp; Wastage Analysis, Inventory Valuation, and Budgeting &amp; Forecasting.<br>• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and relevant manufacturing/costing<br>modules is mandatory.<br>• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.<br>• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.<br>• CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are Plus </p><p></p>
