Job Details

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, packaging, loading, and dispatch of products. The role ensures that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, loading, and shipping activities. Ensure products are handled, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company policies and quality standards. Lead, supervise, and develop a warehouse team of approximately 15–25 employees. Plan, schedule, and allocate workforce and warehouse resources to meet operational requirements and customer demand. Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely completion of stock movements and cycle counts. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed service levels. Maintain efficient warehouse workflows to maximize productivity while minimizing operational costs. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to warehouse employees to improve productivity and engagement. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity, taking appropriate corrective actions when required. Establish daily operational priorities and ensure work objectives are achieved within defined timelines. Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service quality. Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales, to ensure smooth operational execution.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience managing warehouse teams and day-to-day warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices. Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
