Mission <br><p><b>JOB PURPOSE: </b></p><br><br><p>The Junior Performance Analyst supports the Performance function by collecting, consolidating, and maintaining operational and performance data across RDMC activities. This role assists in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and KPI under the guidance of the Business Performance & Control Manager, Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of performance data used to support management decision-making.</p><br><br> Profile <br><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES </b></p><br><br><p><b>Performance Management Support</b></p><br><br><p>•Collect, consolidate, and validate operational and performance data from relevant systems and departments across RDMC.</p><br><br><p>•Maintain and update KPI logs, performance registers, and tracking sheets accurately and on schedule.</p><br><br><p>•Assist in tracking KPI performance against targets, flagging variances and escalating them for review.</p><br><br><p>•Support the update and maintenance of the company's KPI framework documentation, ensuring version control and consistency across departments.</p><br><br><p>•Help coordinate data submission cycles with department focal points and subcontractors, following up on missing or delayed inputs.</p><br><br><p>•Support the Performance function in gathering inputs for continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives.</p><br><br><p><b>Reporting & Dashboards</b></p><br><br><p>•Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and periodic operational performance reports and summaries under the direction of the Manager.</p><br><br><p>•Support the population and upkeep of dashboard data feeds, flagging data quality issues as they arise.</p><br><br><p>•Help compile inputs for official periodic reports issued to top management, the client, and NAT/authorities, ensuring figures are accurate and traceable to source.</p><br><br><p>•Format and prepare presentation-ready reporting outputs (charts, tables, summaries) for management review.</p><br><br><p>•Maintain a reporting calendar/tracker to help ensure recurring reports and submissions are delivered on time.</p><br><br><p><b>Process & Documentation Support</b></p><br><br><p>•Assist in maintaining process documentation, templates, and reporting formats used across the Performance function </p><br><br><p>• Support basic root cause data-gathering (e.g., compiling incident/variance records) for analysis led by senior team members.</p><br><br><p>•Help maintain audit-readiness of performance records by keeping supporting evidence and data trails organized.</p><br><br><p><b>Safety Responsibilities:</b></p><br><br><p>•Promote a positive safety culture within the workplace and attend any safety-related meetings or briefings as required within the job role.</p><br><br><p>•Comply with the requirements of RDMC RQHSE Policy and Safety Management System.</p><br><br><p>•Be mindful that Safety, Security, and Environmental protection are everyone’s responsibility. <p>Makes pre-arrival, mid stay, and post-stay calls to guests to ensure needs are met. Compiles and distributes list of anticipated services and amenities to relevant departments. Contacts appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Ensures that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved. Follows up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Listens attentively to guests to get an effective guest-oriented perspective and handles complaints properly. Makes Guest Contacts during the day in an effort to identify the level of guest satisfaction and, if any, complaints, suggestions and problems, and find solutions to these. Writes down any comments, requests, suggestions and complaints received from guests during the day. Asks guests to fill out a questionnaire during the day. Assesses the results of the questionnaire. Translates them into English and e-mails them to all of the department managers. Identifies the special days of guests such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc., makes the necessary organisation together with the related departments and monitors the organisation. Works in coordination with all departments and ensures the flow of necessary information. Follows the VIP procedures and greets VIP guests and bid them farewell. Walks agency representatives and potential guests around the facility. Prepares written documents for activities to be announced to guests. Ensures that these documents are distributed to guest rooms with the help of the related departments. Observes the overall guest satisfaction during the activities and in the areas throughout the day and reports to the Guest Relations Manager about the atmosphere. Keeps any items that guests lose in the facility or forget in their room when checking-out. Delivers any lost and found to guests still at the hotel or send them by mail. Responds to guest inquiry forms and all written suggestions, complaints etc. Provides guidance to guests for any diseases or health problems that guests may encounter and, if necessary, call a doctor and an ambulance. <p>1 Clean the rooms according to identified standards. 2 Sign when taking and handing back keys. 3 Start off by dusting the general area in the lobby. 4 Organise the floor trolleys and procure missing material. 5 Respond to all guest demands related to the rooms and cleaning as quickly and effectively as possible (e.g. extra bed, pillows, towels etc.). 6 Collect the empty plates/glasses/utensils in the rooms and place them on the shelf in front of the elevator. Clean the rooms under assigned to him/her according to the identified standards. Fill in the room status, textile report and amenities report in the maid report. Immediately inform by phone the Housekeeping Office of any maintenance and repairs needed in the floors, corridors, offices or room and also inform the Floor Supervisors. 10 Immediately report any room discrepancies. 11 Immediately hand in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office. 12 Use and maintain the floor offices and amenities offices in a clean and orderly manner in line with the desired standards. 13 Perform all duties assigned by seniors. 14 Report any rooms that have not been cleaned due to a specific reason to the Office/Floor Supervisor (e.g. DND, cleaning not requested etc.). 15 Must take part in vocational trainings and sign the attendance form. 16 Be familiar with and implement the hotel s security rules. 17 Make sure that all materials used to make up the rooms are ironed, unsoiled, intact and proper. Carry out accounting entries and paperwork tasks related to A/R, A/P, Assets and GL transactions efficiently. Prepares month-end general ledger close journal entries and supporting reconciliations. <p>Closely deal with all requests, problems and needs of guests staying at the hotel and find solutions to problems, focusing on guest satisfaction.</p>
<p>Listen attentively to guests to get an effective customer-oriented perspective and handle complaints properly.</p>
<p>Handle guest complaints and find solutions, report any problems that take time to solve to his or her direct manager and follow up on the matter.</p>
<p>Greet guests that will check in at the reception in coordination with the Front Office Department and, if possible, accompany the guests to their room and call them during the day to ask for any needs they may have.</p>
<p>Make “Guest Contacts” during the day in an effort to identify the level of guest satisfaction and, if any, complaints, suggestions and problems, and find solutions to these.</p>
<p>Write down any comments, requests, suggestions and complaints received from guests during the day and report together with their answers and actions.</p>
<p>Ask guests to fill out a questionnaire during the day. Assess the results of the questionnaire. Translate them into English and send them to all of the department managers.</p>
<p>Identify the special days of guests such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc., make the necessary organisation together with the related departments and monitor the organisation.</p>
<p>Work in coordination with all departments and ensure the flow of necessary information.</p>
<p>Take all special orders from guests such as birthday cakes, flowers etc., inform the necessary departments and ensure that the order is delivered to the guest.</p>
<p>Ensure that requests for a babysitter, plane or coach/bus ticket, restaurant reservation, medication etc. placed by guests are met as soon as possible.</p>
<p>Follow the VIP procedures and greet VIP guests and bid them farewell.</p>
<p>Walk agency representatives and potential guests around the facility.</p>
<p>Prepare written documents for activities to be announced to guests. Ensure that these documents are distributed to guest rooms with the help of the related departments.</p>
<p>Handle guest requests for the À la Carte restaurants and fill out a reservation form for each À la Carte restaurant and inform the F&B Department.</p>
<p>Observe the overall guest satisfaction during the activities and in the areas throughout the day and report to the Guest Relations Manager or Supervisor about the atmosphere.</p>
<p>Have detailed knowledge of all physical features of the facility as well as all activities and services offered at the facility.</p>
<p>Support hotel sales. Is authorised to sell charged services.</p>
<p>Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.</p>
<p>Keep any items that guests lose in the facility or forget in their room when checking out. Deliver any lost and found to guests still at the hotel or send them by mail.</p>
<p>Respond to guest inquiry forms and all written suggestions, complaints etc.</p>
<p>Provide guidance to guests for any diseases or health problems that guests may encounter and, if necessary, call a doctor and an ambulance. Monitor and report the incident to the Guest Relations Manager.</p>
<p>Be open to all developments related to the profession. Closely keep track of the developments so as to contribute to finding solutions.</p>
<p>Take part in training programmes and departmental internal communication meetings.</p>
<p>Due to being in direct contact with guests, must always look clean, neat and fresh.</p>
<p>Predict that all activities and purchased equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment. Join all activities which are organised to protect biological diversity and share the responsibilities. Share individual responsibilities in order to increase environmental knowledge and carry out necessary trainings. Provide minimum consumption of currently used items and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).</p>
<p>Implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. Continue implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. Predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.</p>
<p>Implement responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead staff.</p>
<p>Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.</p>
<p>Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.</p>
