Video Editor & Motion Designer (MENA) Bilingual, Arabic and English Company: ELIXIR MD INCLocation: Fully Remote (Egypt) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing Reports To: CEOWorks Closely With: ROXIUM INC, ROXIUM Studio, and the ELIXIR MD INC Egypt and Saudi Arabia teams
About UsELIXIR MD INC is a fast-growing med-tech company headquartered in Irvine, California, revolutionizing post-surgical recovery for plastic surgeons and their patients. Our photobiomodulation technology is backed by scientific research, guided by a Scientific Advisory Board of globally recognized surgeons, and in use across 30+ international markets. We're building the Intelligent Recovery Platform™ and expanding across the Middle East through our subsidiaries in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We're looking for someone to own how that story looks and sounds on screen.
About the Role This is an ownership role, not a support role. It is fully remote and based in Egypt. You'll own the full post-production pipeline, from receiving raw footage shot by our US and regional teams to delivering polished, platform-ready video for web, social, events, and paid campaigns. That covers editing, motion design, color, audio, and the media library behind it all. Our content is produced in English for our global audience and in Arabic for the Middle Eastern market, so this role requires someone fully bilingual who can edit, write on-screen text, and judge tone in both languages. Your audience is sophisticated: board-certified plastic surgeons, practice managers, and aesthetic professionals who can spot generic medical marketing instantly. We're looking for someone who has already produced premium brand video, can show the work, and can deliver independently across time zones. What You'll Own Editing and post-production (40%): Turn raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos, including surgeon testimonials, clinical explainers, event recaps, social content, and internal training. Own the edit from first assembly to final delivery. Motion design and animation (25%): Create animated product explainers, lower thirds, intro and outro sequences, and graphic treatments in After Effects. Incorporate medical illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations where needed. Color, audio, and finishing (15%): Color grade for a cinematic, brand-consistent look. Mix and clean audio so every deliverable sounds professional. Media library and templates (10%): Maintain a structured, searchable media library with clean naming and version control. Build reusable templates, presets, and style guides that speed up production. Bilingual content and localization (10%): Deliver video in English for global channels and in Arabic for the Middle Eastern market. Create Arabic versions of global ELIXIR MD INC content, including titles, captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics, adapted for Egyptian and Gulf audiences rather than translated word for word. With reasonable notice, support shoots, surgeon interviews, and events in person in the region. Cross-functional partnership: Work remotely with Marketing, Product, and Clinical Affairs in Irvine and with subsidiary leadership to align video with product launches, congresses, and campaigns. Work location: Mivida Business Park, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo Reports to: Head of Facilities Employment type: Full-time, on-site Location preference: Candidates based in New Cairo, Nasr City, or Heliopolis
About the Role The Facilities Coordinator is the administrative and front-of-house backbone of the Head of Facilities' operation — the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, and the person who keeps documentation, scheduling, and reporting running across every project without depending on any one person's memory or inbox. As the company takes on more projects, this role is what makes each new one start with proper systems in place from day one, instead of rebuilding records after the fact. Key Responsibilities Help Desk• Act as the first point of contact at the facilities help desk — welcoming visitors, tenants, and vendors, and directing inquiries to the right person or team.• Log and track all incoming tenant service requests and complaints, routing each to the right site team and following through to closure.• Maintain a professional, responsive front-of-house presence representing the Head of Facilities' office. Soft Services• Coordinate and monitor delivery of soft services — cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and related contracts — liaising with vendors on schedules and service standards.• Track soft-services vendor contract renewals, certifications, and service-level performance. Hard Services• Support coordination of hard services (MEP / technical maintenance) administration — logging work orders, tracking Permit-to-Work paperwork, and following up on completion status with the technical team.• Own and update the Master PPM Calendar and KPI/SLA scorecards, consolidating inputs from site-level supervisors ahead of management reporting. Documentation & Reporting• Maintain and continuously update the master facilities document control system — contracts, drawings, submittals, handover packages, as-built registers, and O&M manuals — across all projects.• Take and distribute Minutes of Meetings for facilities-related meetings with owners, tenants, consultants, and vendors, and maintain correspondence logs and action-item trackers.• Support preparation of the Monthly FM Report to Management, consolidating data across multiple projects.• Track purchase orders, invoices, and payment approvals related to facilities operations, liaising with finance/accounts. Coordination & Scheduling• Coordinate and schedule the Head of Facilities' meetings, site visits, and vendor/consultant appointments across all active projects.• Maintain the vendor and contractor contact database, contract renewal calendar, and insurance/certification expiry tracker across all sites.• Support onboarding of new hires and vendors into the facilities management system — access, documentation, induction scheduling.• Help roll out new SOPs, PPM templates, and reporting tools consistently as the in-house team and future projects come online.
