The consultant will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and successful project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.<br>Qualifications • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Compliance, Financial Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and reconciliation lifecycle management. • Hands-on technical experience in Oracle ARCS configuration, Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, Profiles, Formats, Data Integration, Reports, Dashboards, Smart View, and Business Rules. • Experience in gathering business requirements, conducting solution workshops, preparing functional and technical documentation, and delivering Oracle ARCS implementations. • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (such as Financials, HCM, or Procurement) and their integration with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. • Strong understanding of financial close processes, account reconciliation best practices, compliance controls, exception management, and financial reporting. • Knowledge of integrating Oracle ARCS with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and other enterprise systems. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams and clients. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain functional and technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications will be an added advantage. • Exposure to AI-enabled financial reconciliation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, machine learning, or Generative AI capabilities within Oracle Cloud or Enterprise Performance Management solutions will be considered an added advantage.
