Role Description This is a full-time remote/onsite role for an Oracle EPM Consultant (EPBCS) in a techno-functional capacity. The consultant will design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS) solutions, including planning models, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and data integrations. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs, collaborating with business stakeholders, and optimizing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. The role also involves troubleshooting application issues, performing system testing, supporting user training, preparing functional and technical documentation, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and data governance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and other enterprise systems. The consultant will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and successful project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS), including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management processes. • Hands-on technical experience in Oracle EPBCS configuration, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Forms, Dashboards, Smart View, Groovy (preferred), and Data Integration tools. • Experience in gathering business requirements, conducting solution workshops, preparing functional and technical documentation, and delivering Oracle EPM implementations. • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (such as Financials, HCM, or Procurement) and their integration with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and management reporting. • Knowledge of integrating Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS) with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and other enterprise systems. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams and clients. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain functional and technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications will be an added advantage. • Exposure to AI-enabled planning, predictive analytics, machine learning, or Generative AI capabilities within Oracle Cloud or Enterprise Performance Management solutions will be considered an added advantage.
