We are looking for a Technical Office Team Leader to join our High Speed Train Station project in Tahta - Sohag.<br>Key Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise the Architectural Technical Office team.• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.• Manage RFIs, material submittals, and technical documentation.• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and contract requirements.• Monitor technical deliverables and support site execution.• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.<br>Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.• 8+ years of relevant experience in technical office works.• Previous experience in team leadership is required.• Strong experience in construction/infrastructure projects.• High-Speed Train / Railway projects experience is a strong advantage.• Excellent knowledge of Auto CAD and MS Office.• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This role partners with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to minimize credit risk, optimize cash flow, and support business growth. The position also oversees collection activities, customer risk assessments, and credit reporting processes across the region.<br>This position will be reporting to EIMEA Credit Manager based in Portugal.
