Coordinate with different departments, marketing, sales and supporting teams to achieve the strategic plans & targets on long & short terms. Analysis of related industry market dynamics. Revise and study outputs of different design & engineering stages to assure compliance with initial project brief. Ensuring project profitability by monitoring project progress. Coordinate architectural and technical disciplines. Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions. Review design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions. Coordinate activities among consultants and ensure proper interface between disciplines. Monitor design development against the approved development brief. Follow up on design changes and maintain proper documentation. Monitor the approval process and highlight potential delays or issues. Ensure project documentation is aligned with authority requirements. Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and contractors. Support and work on the preparation of the feasibility Study conducted for the project.
Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Architecture.5 years of experience in real estate industry and at least 3 years in development Experience in real estate, business parks, commercial, or administrative buildings
