Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing works on site, ensuring execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor finishing works on site. Review architectural and finishing drawings, specifications, and material approvals. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Follow up on defects, corrective actions, and project progress. Coordinate finishing works with MEP and other disciplines. Monitor subcontractors, materials, and site requirements. Assist in reviewing quantities, BOQs, material requirements, and variations related to finishing works. Prepare progress reports and required site documentation. Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing works within construction companies. Good knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings. Good knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
