<p>Support the Architectural Design Manager in coordinating and reviewing architectural designs across all project stages, ensuring full alignment with approved standards, regulatory requirements, and overall project objectives while maintaining design quality and consistency.</p>

You will ensure that the highest standards of service and quality are consistently delivered to our guests. The Rooms Division Manager will lead and inspire the team, ensuring efficient operations while enhancing the guest experience and achieving financial goals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in guest service. Monitor room inventory and coordinate with the reservations team to maximize occupancy and revenue.</li><li>Guest Experience Management: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing and resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Implement guest service standards and continuously monitor guest feedback to drive improvements. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and promote a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Financial Performance: Develop and manage the Rooms Division budget, focusing on cost control and maximizing profitability. Analyze financial reports and performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency. Implement revenue management strategies, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives, to optimize room revenue.</li><li>Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security standards, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
