<h4>Job description</h4>
<p>2.1 Protect and ensure proper use of supplies in the housing area under his/her responsibility.<br>
2.2 Provide accommodation for employees entitled to housing and ensure that no other person except for those granted such entitlement stay in the housing.<br>
2.3 Provide supplies to employees entitled to housing and charge responsibility of these supplies.<br>
2.4 Ensure the cleaning of the housing.<br>
2.5 Protect the housing against fires and ensure full safety.<br>
2.6 Prevent individuals staying at the housing from harming the environment and causing any inconvenience.<br>
2.7 Immediately identify any needs and breakdowns in the housing and report them to his/her manager.<br>
2.8 Keep lists of persons staying at the housing, plan their accommodation and ensure that the housing is used in the most efficient manner possible.<br>
2.9 Report any personnel that violate the housing rules to his/her manager.<br>
2.10 Report daily to his/her manager.<br>
2.11 Take delivery of supplies handed over to employees that are leaving and ensure that they sign the exit document.<br>
2.12 As an employee, set an example to other employees with his/her behaviour, conduct and appearance.<br>
2.13 Prepare the rooms in the housing area beforehand.<br>
2.14 Change the dirty pillow covers and bed sheets of employees on the days determined by the hotel management.<br>
2.15 Ensure that foreign persons and relatives of employees are not allowed to stay in the housing without the management’s approval.<br>
2.16 Ensure security and peace in the housing.<br>
2.17 Carry the full set of spare keys for the rooms.<br>
2.18 Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.</p>
