• Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of landscape, irrigation, and swimming pool construction projects, from planning and design review to execution and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless project flow.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the engineering, construction, civil, or architecture sectors, specifically with a focus on landscape, irrigation, and swimming pool projects.
• Proven track record as a Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Mastery in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Construction practices, with a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles.
• Exceptional knowledge and hands-on experience with Swimming Pools and advanced Irrigation Systems.
• Strong foundation in core Engineering principles relevant to outdoor infrastructure.
