Roles & Responsibilities:<br>1. Strategic / Financial Ensure that risk management priorities are reflected in TSFE's strategic plans. Ensure that all risk-related activities aligned to the business plan are implemented Formulate and implement risk assurance strategies taking into consideration both internal and external factors that may impact the organizations Periodically review the risk appetite statement, guiding principles, risk taxonomy and due diligence process to provide recommendations to MIC/ExCo.
