The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical materials and equipment while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for LV/MV electrical materials, equipment, and services. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to approved suppliers. Evaluate suppliers through technical and commercial assessments. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution until final delivery. Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Site, and Logistics teams to ensure procurement requirements are met. Source and qualify new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and supply reliability. Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements. Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Maintain procurement records and ensure proper documentation within the ERP system. Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and project schedules. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.2–4 years of experience in LV/MV procurement or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV power distribution systems, protection, control systems, and relevant standards (IEC, NEC, BS, and local grid codes). Good understanding of the complete procurement cycle and supplier management. Strong negotiation, analytical, and techno-commercial evaluation skills. Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or equivalent) and e-procurement platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with document control is an advantage. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
