‏⁦⁩We are seeking a highly organized and technical Mechanical Facility Engineer to oversee our maintenance planning, facility operations, and spare parts management. In this role, you will be the core bridge between our production and engineering teams, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, smooth refrigeration/HVAC operations, and strict adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.

⁦Maintenance Planning: Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for the maintenance workshop and the refrigeration and air conditioning department. Execution & Follow-up: Follow up on all preventive maintenance work within the refrigeration, air conditioning, and main maintenance departments. Work Order Management: Track, manage, and follow up on all maintenance work orders passing between the production and engineering departments. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate closely between production and engineering teams to ensure fast and efficient completion of all maintenance work orders. System Monitoring: Monitor and track all ongoing and completed maintenance work through the company's computerized maintenance management program. Inventory Control: Manage the inventory for all engineering and mechanical spare parts to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Procurement Management: Handle and manage purchase orders specifically for engineering spare parts. Supplier Relations: Contact and negotiate with suppliers to source and obtain the highest quality spare parts for facility maintenance. Technical QA/Receiving: Receive spare parts from the purchasing department and verify their full technical conformity to engineering standards. External Workshop Supervision: Inspect and receive all mechanical parts that have been repaired or modified in external workshops. Team Development: Manage and coordinate the training schedule for all engineering technicians to maintain high team competency.

⁦ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 3-5] years of experience as a Facility Engineer, Maintenance Planner, or in a similar industrial/facility maintenance role. Technical Knowledge: Strong background in HVAC, refrigeration systems, and mechanical workshop operations. Software Skills: Proven experience working with Maintenance Management Programs (CMMS) .
