The Group manages multiple entities and delivers complex, technical, and project-driven solutions across Egypt and international markets.<br>Job Summary The HR & Admin Director will lead and unify the Group’s HR and Administration function across multiple entities. The role will build the people infrastructure covering total rewards, policies, performance management, culture, workforce planning, and administration while acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Group-wide HR & Administration strategy across multiple legal entities and business units. Design and manage the Total Rewards framework, including job evaluation, salary structures, grading, benefits, benchmarking, and incentive schemes. Develop, document, and continuously update HR and Administration policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee handbooks in compliance with applicable labor laws. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, workforce utilization, and organizational development. Manage Administration activities, including facilities, office services, government/labor office relations, and statutory compliance. Partner with Finance on payroll governance, headcount budgeting, workforce costs, and HR-related financial planning. Advise the CEO and senior management on organizational design, workforce strategy, employee relations, and people-related matters. Ensure consistent HR practices across Group entities while addressing entity-specific operational and business requirements.<br><br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP, CIPD, or GPHR is preferred. Certification or formal training in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards is a strong advantage. Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written. Minimum 15 years of progressive HR & Administration experience. Experience within ICT, telecom, systems integration, engineering, or another technical/project-driven industry is required. Proven experience managing HR and Administration as an integrated function, including facilities, administration, government relations, and general services. Strong hands-on experience in Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits, including salary structuring, job evaluation, benchmarking, benefits, and incentive schemes. Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs. <li>Manages day-to-day butler services operations verifying that quality and standards exceed the expectations of guests on a daily basis. This includes all pre-arrival activities, Butler Service Desk operations, and Butler staff in order to provide a seamless butler program for guests.</li>

Conduct staff performance evaluations and identify training needs. Support management in achieving quality objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. Experience Minimum 17 years of QA/QC experience in engineering consultancy or construction. Minimum 10 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience with architectural engineering and large-scale/mega projects. Skills Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.
