Sourcing & Headhunting</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Move beyond standard job posts. Utilize <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter, Egydata, Wuzzuf, and niche tech communities</strong> to headhunt passive talent.</li><li>Implement employee referral programs to leverage the existing network of our 200+ employees.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Stakeholder Management</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Act as a consultant to hiring managers. Challenge unrealistic requirements and educate them on market realities (salary benchmarks and availability of specific certifications in Egypt).</li><li>Facilitate technical assessments and coordinate panel interviews with C-level executives.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every applicant, whether hired or not, respects the Click brand.</li><li>Represent Click at university career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Facilitate the performance management cycle from probation reviews, annual performance reviews, development plans and goal setting as well as on the job training for Department Heads and in turn their teams Ensure Departments have adequate Departmental Trainers, and these are well utilised For all supervisory & managerial positions have a transparent development programme in place in conjunction with the People & Culture leader.
