Support staff development, training, and adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Quality Department to maintain standards in documentation and patient care. Investigate complaints from patients or families, implement corrective measures, and report to the Medical Director. Implement and monitor related quality policies within the inpatient department. Submit daily reports to the Medical Director on violations, complaints, or non-compliance, with corrective actions Requirements:-Master’s degree in clinical medicine. 5 years’ experience in medical management.
