<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of platforms and applications by combining software engineering with operational excellence. This role focuses on monitoring, automation, and proactive reliability engineering while working closely with development teams to design resilient systems and reduce manual operational effort.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitor application and platform availability and reliability, ensuring agreed service levels are met.</li>
<li>Use software engineering practices to automate operational tasks and achieve low-touch or zero-touch operations.</li>
<li>Design and enhance system and software architectures to improve scalability, capacity, performance, and reliability.</li>
<li>Define, implement, promote, and monitor service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) in collaboration with product owners and development teams.</li>

<h4>Who you are</h4>
<ul>
<li>Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in software engineering and/or IT support roles.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Are adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in environments with rapidly evolving technologies.</li>
<li>Have experience working within multicultural and geographically distributed teams.</li>
