Lead the IT Automation team and delivery across RPA and Ansible. Own the enterprise automation roadmap, strategy, governance, and standards. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, and risk. Lead end-to-end automation initiatives from design through deployment and support. Govern RPA and Ansible platforms, workflows, playbooks, credentials, scheduling, and execution. Drive automation across business processes, infrastructure, configuration, patching, monitoring, and auto-remediation. Develop reusable automation frameworks, components, and best practices.
