Lead the IT Automation team and delivery across RPA and Ansible. Own the enterprise automation roadmap, strategy, governance, and standards. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, and risk. Lead end-to-end automation initiatives from design through deployment and support. Govern RPA and Ansible platforms, workflows, playbooks, credentials, scheduling, and execution. Drive automation across business processes, infrastructure, configuration, patching, monitoring, and auto-remediation. Develop reusable automation frameworks, components, and best practices. Integrate automation with ITSM, infrastructure, security, monitoring, applications, databases, and APIs. Ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, documented, tested, and compliant. Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve automation capabilities. Manage the automation pipeline, KPIs, benefits realization, and management reporting.
