Main Role:Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all production machinery and equipment across the sheet metal electrical panel manufacturing facility, leading a team of technicians to minimize downtime, enhance equipment reliability, and support continuous production flow.<br>Responsibilities<br> Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all production machinery. Supervise maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Perform and oversee regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns, coordinating timely repairs. Plan and schedule maintenance activities with the production team to avoid production disruption. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and equipment history data. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
