Main Role:Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all production machinery and equipment across the sheet metal electrical panel manufacturing facility, leading a team of technicians to minimize downtime, enhance equipment reliability, and support continuous production flow.<br>Responsibilities<br> Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all production machinery. Supervise maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Perform and oversee regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
