Roles & Responsibilities
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Supervise and lead maintenance technicians. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns. Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams. Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal production machinery, including: Presses Shears Benders Laser Cutting Machines Welding Equipment Painting Systems Injection Molding Machines Printing Machines
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance planning skills.
- Experience in spare parts management and maintenance budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is preferred.
- Basic CAD knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of English.
