Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies. Analyze production KPIs, machine performance, downtime, and process deviations to implement corrective actions. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support process development, equipment upgrades, and production enhancement projects. Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational objectives. Prepare regular production reports and present performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in production/manufacturing environments. Mandatory experience in one or more of the following industries: (Copper Manufacturing -Aluminum Manufacturing - Metal Processing / Metal Manufacturing - Glass Manufacturing ) Strong knowledge of production processes, process optimization, and manufacturing best practices. Experience working with continuous production lines and industrial furnaces is highly preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certification. Experience in heavy manufacturing or process industries. Knowledge of TPM, ISO standards, and quality management systems. Familiarity with furnace operations, thermal processes, or metallurgical production environments.
