This is a hands-on people-leadership role for someone with a genuine passion for air travel, working knowledge of airline products and the Sabre platform, and a track record of getting the best out of a sales team. You'll lead a team of consultative air sales / Destination Expert representatives — coaching them to deliver white-glove service while meeting and exceeding sales targets, and owning the performance, quality, and development of your people.

What You'll Do

You'll lead your team to carry out the following with white-glove service, while hitting and beating targets:

Consultative Air Sales — coach the team so every air request, especially the large, complex, or high-value ones, is handled as a sales conversation, not just a booking to fulfil.
