Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Inside Medical Sales to join our team. The role is responsible for contacting potential patients, explaining the clinic's medical services, handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and converting leads into confirmed clinic bookings. This is an office-based sales role with clear monthly booking and revenue targets.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, Whats App, and call inquiries. Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and available offers professionally. Identify patient needs and recommend suitable services. Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. Follow up with interested patients until booking is completed. Handle objections and build trust with potential patients. Achieve monthly booking and sales targets. Update all customer interactions accurately on the CRM system. Coordinate with reception and clinic teams regarding appointment availability. Follow up with patients who missed their appointments to reschedule. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree of pharmacy , Biotechnology or Agriculture Experience in telesales, inside sales, medical sales, or call center sales is Preferred. The Medical Telesales professional will collaborate with training and marketing teams to align messaging, participate in ongoing product and skills training, and maintain detailed records in CRM . Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear phone etiquette and the ability to explain complex training programs in an accessible way. Proven sales abilities, with experience in telesales or medical/pharmaceutical sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally. Training and education-oriented skills, such as the ability to understand EPSN’s training content and guide prospective learners toward suitable programs. Knowledge of or strong interest in the medical and pharmaceutical field; prior experience with pharmacists or healthcare professionals is an advantage.
