Requirements
* University graduates & Dropouts* English proficiency: B2–C1* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills* Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities* Basic computer literacy* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment* Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo* Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends when required
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and professional assistance* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions* Follow established procedures, quality standards, and company policies* Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to ensure effective issue resolution
