We work in an AI-first engineering culture. We're looking for someone who already builds this way and can show us how, not someone we need to convince. Qualifications Strong PHP and Laravel expertise — Eloquent and query optimization, service containers, queues and jobs, events, middleware, policies/gates, migrations, and testing with PHPUnit or Pest. Hands-on experience building or operating multi-tenant Saa S. You understand the real trade-offs between single-database (scoped) and database-per-tenant approaches, and you've dealt with tenant isolation, data leakage risks, per-tenant configuration and migrations, subdomain/domain routing, and usage-based or seat-based billing. Working Dev Ops knowledge. Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or similar), Nginx, Linux server administration, environment and secrets management, and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS or comparable). You can debug a production issue from logs and metrics, not just from your local machine. Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and general software design principles for maintainable, reusable code. Ensure that production lines operate at full efficiency and that planned downtime is carried out at appropriate times when performing electrical maintenance for any malfunction. Carry out preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment productivity. Analyze production and quality results daily and take corrective actions without affecting production line schedules. Ensure safe operating conditions in the factory and secure all main and sub cables, electrical panels, and distribution stations. Ensure the availability of all required spare parts while considering budget and working capital objectives in order to minimize production downtime. Maintain updated backup copies of software for all PLCs and drives/converters to avoid unexpected failures. Develop the annual overhaul plan for required equipment. Record all requirements needed to comply with standards associated with AIB, ERP, EMS, and sustainability programs. Actively participate in committees related to new projects. Develop the electrical knowledge of the team through continuous exposure to new technologies. Maintain records for all machines and track the documentation of equipment breakdowns and faults. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institute. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Knowledge of automation/control fundamentals, electronics, instrumentation, and equipment operation processes. Good knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage.
