Experience: 3–6 years<br>Accelon Health is building a core technology team to develop and scale advanced Voice AI systems across healthcare workflows and complex operational environments.<br>We are looking for an experienced Voice AI Engineer who can contribute across speech technology, conversational-system architecture, product development, deployment, and the long-term evolution of our technology.<br>The role will involve:<br>• Designing and developing real-time conversational AI systems• Building and optimizing ASR, TTS, and speech-processing pipelines• Developing low-latency voice agents capable of maintaining context and using tools• Working with open-weight speech, language, and multimodal models• Implementing streaming audio, voice activity detection, interruption handling, turn-taking, and speaker diarization• Integrating Voice AI with telephony systems, contact centres, Whats App, APIs, and enterprise applications• Supporting multilingual experiences, particularly Arabic and English• Improving recognition accuracy, response latency, conversational quality, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency• Developing evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for production Voice AI systems<br>We are looking for someone with:<br>• Strong foundations in speech processing, machine learning, NLP, and software engineering• Hands-on experience with ASR, TTS, and conversational AI systems• Experience developing real-time or low-latency audio applications• Familiarity with streaming technologies and protocols such as Web Sockets, SIP, or Web RTC• Strong backend-development and systems-integration capabilities• Experience deploying AI systems into production• A practical understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, MLOps, and responsible AI• The ability to take ownership of a solution from technical design through production deployment<br>Experience with Arabic speech technology, telephony, or healthcare AI is an advantage, but not mandatory.<br>You will work closely with the founders, product leadership, and healthcare specialists, helping translate complex real-world workflows into reliable and scalable voice experiences.<br>This opportunity is intended for someone interested in contributing to the long-term development of both the technology and the business. The successful candidate will lead the analysis, design, review, and coordination of structural steel systems for a wide range of projects, including complex and large-scale facilities. This role requires strong technical background and expertise in structural analysis, steel design, BIM/Revit, design validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and standards while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.<br>Responsibilities:<br>1. Structural Analysis & Design Develop and select the most appropriate structural steel system for each project. Perform structural analysis and design for complex and large-scale steel structures. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, technical presentations, and engineering documentation. Validate engineering methodologies, design assumptions, and loading criteria to ensure safe and efficient designs.2. Design Review & Quality Assurance Review and evaluate structural steel models, drawings, and design documentation. Verify compliance with project specifications, international codes, and standards. Identify design inconsistencies, technical risks, and coordination issues during early project stages. Provide technical follow-up, monitoring, and guidance to junior engineers.<br>3. BIM Coordination & Multidisciplinary Collaboration Lead BIM-based coordination for structural steel projects using Revit. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows. Proven experience in reviewing structural calculations, models, and design deliverables. Excellent communication, technical writing, and coordination abilities.
