Record daily operating readings and prepare fault and maintenance reports. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams during repair and maintenance work. Adhere to occupational safety instructions and safe boiler operation procedures, and use personal protective equipment. Keep the boiler room and related equipment clean. Monitoring maintenance of mechanical facilities including steam, compressed air, water, industrial wastewater, and fire protection systems. Coordination with Production Management to ensure maintenance work is carried out without affecting the operational plan. Review and approve daily maintenance reports and analyze equipment performance indicators. Monitor availability of critical spare parts and coordinate with Stores and Purchasing Management to meet technical requirements. Participate in installing, commissioning, and technically receiving new equipment. Supervise external contractors during maintenance work and ensure conformity with technical specifications. Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety procedures during maintenance work. Prepare periodic reports on equipment faults, maintenance performance, and spare parts consumption, and propose opportunities for continuous improvement.
