Implementation and supervision of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and machines at the slaughterhouse. Monitor the technical condition of the equipment, analyze root causes of failures, and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Supervising maintenance work on slaughter line operations, conveyors, cutting equipment, packaging equipment, and internal transport systems. Monitoring maintenance of mechanical facilities including steam, compressed air, water, industrial wastewater, and fire protection systems. Coordination with Production Management to ensure maintenance work is carried out without affecting the operational plan. Review and approve daily maintenance reports and analyze equipment performance indicators. Monitor availability of critical spare parts and coordinate with Stores and Purchasing Management to meet technical requirements. Participate in installing, commissioning, and technically receiving new equipment. Supervise external contractors during maintenance work and ensure conformity with technical specifications. Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety procedures during maintenance work. Prepare periodic reports on equipment faults, maintenance performance, and spare parts consumption, and propose opportunities for continuous improvement. Manage the maintenance team and develop staff through monthly and annual evaluations.
