Oversee professional development and skill-building programs for unit staff to keep pace with evolving corporate systems. Maintain direct communication with Project Engineers, Procurement, and IT departments to strengthen operational integration.<br>Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in managing systems, operational reporting, and administrative affairs (preferably in Logistics, Warehousing, Contracting, or Construction sectors). Excellent expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory data management, and digital transformation of administrative workflows. Very good analytical skills with a proven track record in performance reporting, KPI tracking, and root-cause problem solving. Very good communication and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional touchpoints with IT, Procurement, and Site Engineering teams.
