Role overview

Junior operational role supporting day-to-day store and warehouse activities. Focus on accurate inventory handling, efficient picking/packing, basic reporting, and strict adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Check, dispatch, and load outgoing shipments against documentation
• Perform warehouse activities such as scanning, labeling, wrapping, and stock handling
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits
• Investigate and report stock variances, damages, or defects
• Follow all warehouse processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Use warehouse equipment and resources safely and responsibly
• Adhere to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies and report incidents promptly
• Support teamwork and maintain a high standard of customer service

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution centers, retail operations, inventory management, stock control, picking, packing, replenishment, conducting cycle counts, or stock verification
• Able to work under pressure and on rotational shifts
• Basic Microsoft Excel and data entry reporting skills
• Average English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse duties
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Familiar with or willing to follow HSSE and safety procedures
